To achieve an even better connection to the members, the board proposed in 2019 to expand the board from 8 to 12 members and also to change the procedure for nominating board members to be elected in the board. The memo (sent to members on May 1 2019) explained the new procedure and also the connected changes in the structure document of the WAEH. There were no objections to this new structure and this new structure is in place since June 2019. Currently we have three vacancies.

Deadline to send in your application: Friday 11 December – 2020.

After the application process has ended, the board of the Nomination Committee of the WAEH will review all nominations and make a proposal for the board. The board will review the nominations and then propose the new board members to all members in the beginning of next year.
